I was able to get someone to come look at my garage the same day I called. Brandon arrived and was quickly able to assess the problem and to explain it to me, along with my options. He was very friendly and efficient. He finished the whole job in a half hour, and did a wonderful job. So happy to have my garage back in working order!

I had an emergency with my garage door that couldn't wait. A Plus was able to send someone immediately to fix it. Craig was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would have given 5 stars had the charges been communicated a little better. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

They were prompt, diligent, and good to work with. They were able to deliver same-day service to get the garage door fixed, and the work they did (at least as of this point) seems very good. Based on subsequent research, it seems that the price was a little high. But, it was only a little high, and the quality of the service really serves to offset the incremental cost.

Very professional, very patient, and very honest! I had a lot of questions when I called and the receiptionist was very patient and took the time to answer them all. They sent me a technician named Craig the day after I called and he was very honest and patient with me. Even though he was already having a long day because of the blizzard that was going on outside he stayed late into the night on a Friday to finish the job, this made me and my tenant extremely happy. Great service, would recommend.
